Physicians
Two physicians are on staff at the Franklin Endoscopy Center, Dr. Wilmot Burch and Dr. Max Caudill. They are board-certified gastroenterologists by the American Board of Internal Medicine. They specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the digestive system, such as hepatitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, and colon or rectal cancer.
Wilmot Burch, M.D.
Dr. Burch specializes in Gastroenterology and Internal Medical, having practiced in those areas for more than 24 years. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed his residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Dr. Burch is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and in Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Max Caudill, M.D.
Dr. Caudill, who also serves as a Gastroenterologist for the Franklin Gut Clinic, brings 20 years of professional experience to the Franklin Endoscopy Center. He received his training in gastroenterology from the Emory University School of Medicine and the Medical College of Virginia Hospital. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine from the Medical College of Virginia Hospital.
Dr. Caudill received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and in Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
