Margaret and Michael Damico

Married for 23 years, Margaret and Michael Damico do a lot of things together, including getting their colonoscopies.

”We weren’t nervous about the procedure as we’d both had one before. Even if we were nervous, the staff at the Franklin Endoscopy Center, from the receptionist to the doctor, was so calming and relaxing from the moment you walked in the door. The nurses were especially knowledgeable in explaining what to expect and in putting us at ease. One minute the doctor was asking us if we ready for our exam, and the next minute, it was over. The medical personnel and environment at the center are very professional and first rate. They even called us the next day to check on us.”

Josephine Waldrup

Ninety-year-old Josephine Waldrup has seen a lot of doctors and medical staff over the years. She’d recommend Dr. Caudill any day.

“The first time I met Dr. Caudill was on the day of my endoscopy procedure. He couldn’t have been more attentive and personable. I felt like I had known him all my life. Everyone at the Franklin Endoscopy Center was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. My appointment was at 9:00, and I was gone by 11:00. I would highly recommend the center and the doctors.”

Rayfordean BowersRetired from government service and working at a new occupation, Rayfordean Bowers didn’t mind hard work. However, he did mind some stomach pains he was having.

“My regular doctor sent me to the Franklin Endoscopy Center for a colonoscopy to figure out the cause of my abdominal pain. I was able to get an appointment right away. When I showed up, the staff already had all the paperwork completed, and all I had to do was sign it. Everyone was very nice, and things were on schedule. They really have their operation very well organized, which is pretty unusual these days. The exam went well, and we now know the causes of my discomfort. I’m especially glad with the quick turnaround of the entire process.”
